制作方法:
材料:木耳、海参、猪肉、大葱、生抽、盐、香油、淀粉、料酒
步骤:
1、 海参洗净切段,在沸水中倒入料酒焯一分钟捞出

2、 木耳泡发洗净,在沸水中焯二分钟捞出

3、 大葱切葱丝。猪肉切片,加入淀粉腌制,锅中油热放入肉片滑炒至变色

4、 放入葱丝炒香后,放入生抽上色调味

5、 放入木耳翻炒几下,随后放入海参大火继续翻炒,调入盐,淋入香油出锅即可
